Who We Are

P.A.R.S Inc. is a York Region based company that has been servicing the public sector, real estate community, financial, and mortgage industry in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We are a team of professional real estate appraisers, and members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, guided by a Code of Conduct and Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) to ensure that our services maintain the highest level of integrity and competence.

Professional appraiser and realtor Farzad has a Ph.D. in engineering. He is a Realtor and a professional appraiser (C.R.A). with a strong educational background and extensive hands-on experience. Qualified and experienced AIC Candidate Member with a B.A degree in Industrial Design. My expertise extends to diverse client interactions and a deep understanding of local market trends, all while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
